I want to order a kit but I'm not eligible or have used my Creative Kids Voucher. What can I do?
That is fine you are more than welcome to purchase the kits, just remember not to apply the promo code at checkout.
What if I want to Order multiple kits?
You can place multiple kits on one order and just pay the single shipping fee of $9.95.
If you make 2 or more orders on the same day going to the same address we will refund the additional shipping fee paid back to you and combine your orders into one shipment.
What do I do if I forgot to add my voucher details to the order?
Simply email the voucher details to us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and we will manually place it with your order.
What comes with the kit?
As a Creative Kids Provider, there are minimum requirements providers must meet when supplying Art packs. All our kits meet this requirement.
Shipping is $9.95 per order. You can put as many kits as required on the one order.
Once your order is received we have to validate the voucher with Services NSW. We then create your shipping label and email you the tracking number then pack your order to be collected by Australia Post. Australia Post collect from us daily Monday - Friday.
You should receive your kits between 3-7 business days (depending on your location) unless there are unforeseen delays with the shipping provider (Australia Post).
Orders will be cancelled if we have attempted to contact you 2 or more times to obtain the details of the voucher, date of birth and the full name of the child if not provided at the time of ordering or emailed through.
Orders will also be cancelled if we have attempted to contact you 2 or more times for incorrect details or missing information or expired vouchers or if you have provided the NSW Active kids voucher instead of the NSW Creative kids voucher.
Damage and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Splash on Peel will not be held accountable for stolen, lost or misplaced goods or for customers providing incorrect address details.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries outside our control.
Refunds cannot be offered once a voucher is submitted due to service NSW rules.
Incorrect address provided on the order form:
Please contact us immediately with the correct address and if the order has not been shipped we can change it before the item leaves.
If the item is in transit to you we may be able to get it redirected to the correct address with Au posts help.
If the item has been returned to us here in Tamworth there will be a resending fee of $35. This is the fee charged to us by Au Post for receiving the item back and then a fee to resend back out.
